Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sherrydesignuk@outlook.com within the 14-day window. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.

Please note:
– Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
– We do not accept returns for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
– Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
